Chip Mardis

A former US Army Transportation Officer, Chip is an accomplished Human Resources and Recruiting leader with 25+ years of progressive and demonstrated leadership abilities with complex growth, emerging, and turnaround business environments. Chip led the HR function at Catherines (ascena brands) and Limited Too, and the recruiting functions for Justice, DSW, and Caldor Inc. Chip has a wealth of experience recruiting military veterans for ALL of these companies.

Andy Tedesco

West Point graduate and former US Army Captain. Andy has been recruiting military for over 30 years. Founder of Junior Officer Placement Associates recruiting separating military officers. Founder of Military Overseas Recruiting Events which sponsored job fairs in Europe, Hawaii, and Japan for separating military personnel and their families returning to the United States. Founder of Greenlight. Several roles as VP or Director of Recruiting creating internal military recruiting functions to expand existing sourcing capabilities.

Zuri Guerrero

Armed with a B.A. in Mass Communication and International Relations, Zuri has cultivated a career in marketing and human resources. As a military spouse, Zuri understands the necessity of providing opportunities to other members of the military spouse community. Zuri assists military spouses with cultivating and leveraging their skill sets and unique lifestyle to become valuable members of any team. Zuri specializes in branding, employee relations, and client satisfaction.

Skylar Price

An active-duty military spouse, Skylar formed her career assisting with the placement of fellow Military Spouses and Veterans into career enhancing opportunities. Skylar has several years of experience in recruiting, business development, and training. Skylar’s core competencies include creating positive cultures, promoting an environment of belonging and purpose. Employee and client relations are Skylar’s top priority.
